6:30 am - 7:30 Am RENEW HATHA YOGA
Room 208Come and join me at this Renew Hatha Yoga class! We will stretch and strengthen, relax and restore with this balanced practice accessible to all students of all levels. There will be opportunities to challenge yourself and deepen your practice through greater understanding of yoga and yourself.
There may be some dynamic movements, but poses will be held a little longer to allow your body to sink into the posture and increase strength and mobility. We will start the practice with breath work and setting an intention to start you out for your day. We will finish with guided meditation.
Come wearing comfortable clothes that allow movement and bring a yoga mat. If your mat did not fit into your luggage, we will arrange for clean towels from the hotel.
I am looking forward to meeting you!Aniko
